The basic planning and packing for nine weeks in south east Asia are almost complete.
I am doing it differently this time instead of planning every move ... we are leaving a lot of options open for changes. Below is the basic itinerary that we would like to follow.
First who is we?
Davina and I will be doing the whole 9 weeks together. Luann will be joining us until sometime in Cambodia.

Chiang Mai Thailand with trips to Chiang Rai and Pai
Hanoi Vietnam with trip to Sapa and Ha long Bay
HoiAn? and Saigon?
Siem Reap Cambodia
Penang/Georgetown Malaysia ?
Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Bali Indonesia
Sydney Australia
Honolulu Hawaii
